We believe confidence begins with care. Through thoughtfully curated self-care essentials—like toothpaste, mouthwash, hand sanitizer, and hand cream—we help women greet every opportunity with a confident smile and a steady, clean handshake.
What We Do
The Runway to Desk Project provides curated career-readiness that include professional attire, essential self-care and hygiene products, and confidence-building resources. Each kit is thoughtfully designed to support a woman’s first impression—from a confident smile to a professional handshake—because we believe dignity and opportunity begin with preparation.
Through community partnerships, donations, and outreach programs, we serve women in the workforce, including those experiencing housing insecurity, financial hardship, or major life transitions. Our goal is simple: to remove barriers and restore confidence so women can step boldly into their next career chapter. We host curated fashion events designed as boutique-style shopping experiences, women receive new, on-trend professional clothing—completely free of charge.
