The Runway to Desk Project was created to bridge the gap between confidence and career access for women ready to step into their next chapter.
We support women who are transitioning into the workforce, launching new careers, or rebuilding after life disruptions. Through professional styling, and self care essentials, we prepare women to show up fully equipped — internally and externally.
